This is out of scope here. Clearly a disclaimer. Yet, as I read this, I had to put this up here.

Lufthansa is offering broadband up in the air- to all the customers of course the ones who can spend on this “luxury”.

In the increasing wired world that we find ourselves in, Internet has become a crucial part of our lives. I can’t stay without checking my mail or the RSS feeds every hour- not doing so causes extreme withdrawl symptoms.

It is ironic that technology has found it’s way up in the air, above the earth. Yet, it eludes the BIG subcontinent on planet earth- India. I really wish at times that we had decent wireline access to speak off before we really talk of futuristic technology. Meanwhile, dream on.
