Indian media surely knows how to report without application of mind.
MTNL plans no rental for broadband services It is good as long as people don’t read the fine print.
For every MB downloaded,a person would be charged Rs.2 This is usurious. Frankly, one wouldn’t have any idea as to how much the downloaded data resides on your disk; none of the telecom companies have bothered to clarify the same.
Meanwhile this telecom circus is frankly getting more mundane. I really wish at times that instead of resorting to cheap gimmicks like these, MTNL could improve on their services. For every GB of data download, one would pay through his/ her nose.
Affordable Broadband? Mr Maran, you can fool some people some times( this blog for example) and fool all others all the times( the media is a perfect example).
