Reliance- making it affordable for love struck

This one is out of context here. Bitching about the different operators et al, leaves me exhausted.

This one I owe it to one of my close friends. Seperated from his girl and would be fiance and life partner across the boundaries, he opted for Reliance connection. This one allows him to make unlimted calls to her- sitting in North India to a major metro in South India. Of course, I cant reveal the details- sufficient to say that for Rs 700 per month, it is the death of distance.

They may not be together for the time being, but it is the comfort of of hearing your partners voice at times that all is well. Perhaps, for the same reason, I get to talk unlimited with my mother sitting apart in two different cities- for a measly sum of Rs 150 per month. Roaming in Reliance is the cheapest across board. Used sensibly, it offers the cheapest connection one can hope for.

Reliance may have had enough bad press. It may indulge in any kind of corporate mishandlings. It doesn’t bother me. At the end of the day, it’s about a satisfied customer who gets the bang for his buck. Plus of course, I never had any problem with the network anywhere. So far so good.

If only they speeded up the broadband roll out….

This blog welcomes any comments that you might have about this post. Is there any significant way that “telecom revolution” has changed your life? Let me know.

actually i agree on this. one of my friend is making good use of their schemes and his telephone bill is down from 8000 bucks to around 2500 bucks.

Absolutely right, Reliance is still the best option is the subscriber chooses the right plan as per his usage pattern. I do agree that Reliance tends to hide something or the other in their plans which make it difficult for the lay man to understand and choose a plan. Some more simplicity in their plans will make Reliance to remove the ‘negative image’ created among the public.
