		<description>Yeah, that&#039;s against the regulations, clearly, but so are other ISP&#039;s. Nothing happened depite DOT&#039;s warning months back.

The ISP&#039;s use all sorts of clauses, so in all tehnical knowledge of india&#039;s terrible IT laws, tehy&#039;re in the clean, no matter how much we hate it !!!</description>
