For the past 30 hours, BSNL has been puking up on net access. You can take it for granted that there has been no complaint redressal.

I am still waiting for their resposnse; suprisingly BSNL hasn’t woken up despite the threat of legal action against ineptitude. You can’t take them to task isn’t it?
