Taking a break

Tags: ,

It’s been almost a year that I have been blogging.

I am planning to take a break from the monotony; there is a veritable soup of ideas that plays havoc with my sanity.

On a positive note, is planning to come around with unlimited plans soon. This was revealed in the email discussion with the Jt Deputy Director. Though, I am deeply circumspect about the intended plans.

Courtesy demands that I inform you all of the plans. Keep in touch through the RSS feeds-as and when something really happens it shall be up online.

In the meantime, I was offered to blog for -IBN. This is promoted by TV 18 group; I haven’t heard from them so far ever since I demanded that my posts should be free of copyright in the spirit of Open Access. It would give me a wider audience anyway but given the fact that there are “clicking morons” galore, I really wonder as to how it would actually affect public opinion. Of course, I am in a double mind as to how to proceed further. Still, I am keeping my options open and it shall be here as and when anything happens.

In case you wish to contact me you can do so at drapuri at gmail.com Your feedback is appreciated.

Yup..once they have the CMS in place; they might give me a login id or something. I am very much particular about open access and in no way it should encroach on my freedom of expression. Primarily I blog here because I am free to edit, cut, hack mutilate or murder my posts. And in the process bore you all to death.

Still you seem to be coming for more!

Anyway, it's still being negotiated and I am taking my own sweet time to get back to "blogging". Once that happens, it would be here.

I suggest you take up CNN's offer. IBN is one of the hottest fastest growing channels right now.

Well, I d be back soon. Roughly after my April exams; in case anything major happens, I shall mention it here.

Well, unlimited be it. If and when it's possible. I am deeply circumspect about their claims. Hence it has to be taken with a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, the BSNL officer was taking pride in the fact that they took "proactive step in introducing night unlimited"!

I can't blame these ole geezers. Seriously.

one year of good work to pass by. all the best in your future endeavour. you provided for some great reading in here and occasionally i found this place to be a vent for all my thoughts as well. good luck and yeah, great going with CNN-IBN !!! cheers.

uh huh, unlimited plans... im skeptical they'll mess it up again with unaffordable prices and/or slow speeds, but strange things can happen... after all, BSNL are the ones who came out with "kinda real broadband" before any of the greedy private players - 1 mbps for the home, even though they charge an arm and a leg for it!

i hope they improve the broadband quality and bring down prices to more affordable levels, and better speed levels. even if we approach the second-class broadband levels like the US had a few years ago, i'll be extatic!

Wow..i reread that..

let's see how "soon" soon is :)
