Bandwidth on last mile seems fine but their peering is screwed to other indian ISPs. Either they need a fatter link to NIXI or they need to ramp up. Like I said i need customer service only once in a lifetime or twice in a lifetime (hell im a telco guy i can make my own splitters and modems if needed) but make sure that they are at par with the BSNL when it comes to actual usage service. I also know that though govt sectors take time to catch up on a bit newer tech, once they catch up they are much much better and more aggressive.
