In this context, it's my first big duty to salute those customers who are demanding the differentiated services bouquet; and at the same time appreciate the expanding role played by all the Officials of BSNL, who are now trying to fulfil such request! As we see more new and user-friendly services come from Telecom giants of India such as BSNL;it is an indication of maturity coming to national market, where the Customer is in some way demanding value-added benefits available in the global Telecom mileu!
