They made a huge splash over their .

It is lame. Truly. I did come across their blog where they have attempted to “reach out their customers”. At best, it only shows snippets of their website and their product.

Here is the guy who made this commercial. And here is the making of the commercial:

Why this interest in ? I have joined as a customer because I needed their unlimited calling facility. So far, selling their multimedia enabled would allow them to leverage their cross holdings to reach out to a ready pool of customers. Mercifully, I have been included in their DND list or I would have been spammed about ’s latest venture. I was surprised to see Reliance Web world selling and renting out movies too; in addition to their “”.

DTH remains another of their pipe dreams; it would be interesting to watch them battle it out for the customer’s wallets.

I also have very disappointing response from reliance big tv, i hav eregistered a complaint about box is not working, after 12 days inspite of daily follow ups, nobody turned out. Support staff themself admiting they dont have update and have no idea about it.

It is that since I have gone with reliance big tv, i am disconnected from world for past 12 days :(

I bought Big TV's Set Top Box on 6-Sept-2008 and called the same day for scheduling installation. I was told that the installation will be done before 72 hours of calling. But till today 16-Sept-2008, no installation was performed, not even I received a call from BigTV to let me know the...

No Installation for the last 10 days. Looks like they don't have staff to take care of the installations.

Its very difficult to get through to the call centre. It takes a minimum of 40 minutes to get through. i called to call centre more than 100 time they don't have no experience in handling customers...
