Raja keeps on playing a different tune every time he gets in a hissy fit and throws up. He has changed over the existing guidelines for 3G licences and instead of expected 5-10 different operators in each circle, we would be seeing the same old faces. Though, the licences would be bid sky high and the initial prices would be through the roof.
3G is expected because of the “faster speeds” to access online. The current crop of GPRS providers sucks like a fly sitting on a pile of shit. Most of the operators are milking it to the hilt because there are no “established standards”.
Madmoron and his team have no control over the rampaging idiot called as Raja; the public exchequer has already borne the brunt of his mad policies while his swiss bank accounts would have multiplied manifold.
