The purpose of the blog is to document the various hassles in the telecom sector and how the dice is heavily loaded against the customer. If you feel that you should get 4 Mbps without moving your sorry ass, you are mistaken pal. Seriously mistaken.</description>

Also press upon them the need for a better broadband. Its time to change definition of broadband.  and shld be changed from crappy 256 kbps to 1 mbps minimum. but push them for even quoting 2-4 mbps so that they will agree for 1 mbps.  frankly speaking at home we should get 4 mbps for 1000 rs per month.</description>
