The Worst connections I have ever seen in my career. If I would elaborate on the payments. Tataindicom has the idiotic online payment service and neither they have sufficient bill payment offices at Bangalore. These people will just not pick up the phone many a times. When I spoke on the termination of the internet connection there were 20 calls from the customer care. I am frustrated using tataindicom connection. I suggest to use any other broadband instead of Tataindicom.

I am useing Reliance Broadband service, since 2 months I am facing hell of a problem with Internet, and for which I made several complaints, on and off connection got cut off, and for which I am getting the phone call to check up whether my net is working or not, and then they said problem will be resolved in 24 hours, in between twice some came and they said net is working, but main problem is there that on and off line got cut off, some time hours and hours takes to connect the server. no one is bother to resolve the problem, and funny thing is there that they inform their department that problem is resolved, (without doing any thing – whithout resolving the problem) even contacting technitian he promised that he will be comming but no one comes to resolve the problem. This is the beuty of Reliance Broad Band service.

It is really sad that Airtel has sacked many employees and I am one of them. This is my question to whosoever is in Airtel u haved sacked manyemployees, have they ever thought of what will happen to them. How will they survive? If there is one person working in the house how will he sufferHave you ever thought to talk with them? Have you ever gone to their home? Have u ever tried to talk with them on home. For the last four months I amwithout job trying my best to get a job but without any success? What will happen to me and my family consisting of five members. How will they surviveif I do not get job for one or two more months. To sack employees is very easy. Your work is not satisfactory you are not required any more you take leavevery often so on and so forth. Nobody in private job takes leave to make merry sometimes there are things which no one can control old age of father, mother and things like that. After all they are only one who brought us, and we also owe to them a lot. This is my direct question to Mr Mittal Chairman of Airtel. Kindlylook into it think over it with ur heart, sympethetically and try to recall the employees or try to make them work in some other software company because thecompany has written many adverse things for many employees that till date they have not got the job.Thanks.Jiten.

I am a broadband customer in bangalore from dec 2005. recently i moved to bellandur and my telephone number got changed. I applied for isd facility on jun 8th 2011. I have called many times 121 and given complaints. I have sent many mails to airtel nodal offices, south appellate officers handling bangalore, karnataka, tamilnadu but i still didn’t tget any responsible reply from any of them. and no technical officer is visiting my home to check the isd facility non provision. I want you take immediate action to provide isd facility for my stated phone number.

This is true Tata Photon Plus is not good as it claims in all its marketing comunication. As soon as you recharge you get good download speed like 60 to 80 kps (if you consider that’s pretty good in India’s case). However, within few minutes the speed keeps fluctuating drastically between 3 to 50 kbps. It’s a disaster, you get pains to see it will take days to download your movies and by the time you finish your 10 / 15 GB unlimited (con and pun intended by Tata guys) plan your 30 days time limit is up. It is better to use BSNL landline DSL connection for all your movie downloads. BSNL Home Brroadband unlimited package of Rs 750 per month is truly give 55 to 60 Kbps download speed consistently with very little fluctuations unlike Tata Photon. Also there is no limit on bandwith or dwonload. Unlimted means unlimted usage at consistent 55 Kbps speed which is probably the Best Value I have experienced in India. OK, sometimes the BSNL line is down like most ISPs experience. I use Tata only for roaming and checking my emails only when I make trips in remote areas. They are taking advantage of this.

Respected Sunil Sir,

A cable cut problem is came due to road construction work in Anangpur Dairy village, faridabad 121003. This cable cut is happened on 30th August at 9:00 am. Now 01 Sept and the road construction work is completed yesterday. But till now no airtel work came and jointed the cable. there are lots of airtel customers are suffering. I complained more than 10 times in last 2 days. We are paying more charges for the same services provided by mtnl or bsnl. But we are receiving very poor service from you. Can you please take action that this cable cut problem will be solve today?

Photon Plus sukks. Everybody has to know this…. They are a bunch of fukking theives…!!! I took plus data kard on feb and i got the full speed only on the first fukking month. I have been kalling these fools from MARCH… Everytime I was promised a different fukking thing and I went through stupid fukking technikal steps which never helped me. Today, JULY 24th 2011 a floor manager named UMESH told me that there is an outage problem at my place since march and it would be solved by August 15…. I’ve lost around 6,000 from MARCH. BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES. I was cheated, was never told bout this by any fukking person working there at the office. Guys, belive me, they just want our hard earned money. They will be cheating u till u guys buy the datakard and keep recharging. THROW THE DEVICE AND CHANGE. THEY ARE USELESS….!!!
